About the Talk
Shaun Sharkey (Partnerships manager @ Debut) gave an emotional, truthful account of his navigation into finding a job after university. Growing up in a Liverpool borough, Shaun’s so-thought route after University was marred by situations where data may have ruled him out of prospective jobs. Shaun also explains Debut’s research findings in early talent attraction, focusing on ‘high quality’ candidates and what defines that criteria, and what challenges must be overcome to attract them.
