Kath speaks mainly about social mobility and if we are doing enough; apprenticeships; and lastly, the next generation, do they think, learn and work differently?
Kath Ennis (UK & EMEA Graduate Recruiting, Deutsche Bank) has 15 years’ experience in HR and specialises in Early Careers, Training and Development. Kath started as a recruitment consultant for public sector organisations including local authorities and charities. In 2010 Kath moved to Deutsche Bank where she has been in Global Training and Programme Management for Markets, Internal Mobility for Senior Tech and Ops managers and an HR Business Partner for Global Operations. She is currently responsible for all pipeline programmes and graduate hiring.
