Like it or loathe it, no-one can deny that job boards are the primary source of candidates for the majority of today’s employers. Despite the highest numbers in human history of digitally accessible job posts and pools of candidates, the debate continues to rage about whether job boards should be a primary channel for recruiters.
The panellists debate what they think is is driving this love/hate relationship between recruiters and job boards, and some of the solutions being utilised both by job boards and by employers to take this channel on a path of evolution.
