Charlotte Johns, former Resourcing supremo for Transport for London has 25 years recruitment and HR experience, primarily in the private sector and more recently within the Mayor of London’s organisation supporting the recruitment overall at Transport for London. Extensive experience of large scale recruitment operations, RPO, Executive to Early Careers recruitment and everything in between. Responsible for introducing an award-winning initiative to access candidates with challenges to gaining employment which has helped that ex-military, rehabilitating offenders, refugees and women returners amongst others to the mutual benefit of Transport for London and this valuable resource.
