She explains in great detail what an agile methodology is, the benefits it has for an organisation, why they are introducing it and how they are implementing it in the company.
Sarah Dingwell (Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA at IHS Markit) has 12 years of in-house recruitment experience. After 10 years at the RBS group, and a stint at Thomson Reuters as the Head of TA for the IP & Science division, Sarah now responsible for EMEA recruitment for IHS Markit. The two companies (IHS Inc. and Markit Ltd.) merged in 2016 and Sarah is currently going through ANOTHER, ATS implementation!
