October 14th – Day 1 – Strategic

Content driven by leaders for leaders, presenting strategic thought leadership and topical insight to the RL Middle East Community. Topics will cover some of the challenges of Nationalisation, D&I, Workforce Planning, Internal Mobility and Remote Hiring whilst looking at some of the processes that can assist at each stage of the attraction, engagement, assessment and selection strategies.

October 15th – Day 2 – Operational

Will provide TA & Resourcing teams of the RL Middle East community with practitioner focused insight, support, learning & tools to equip in-house TA teams in their day to day roles. Marketplace Insight, TA Competencies for the Future, The Psychology of Candidates / Applicants and a look into the View of The Candidate will set a tone for learning, exploration and discovery to takeaway and action.
