A couple of months ago members of the Resourcing Leaders 100 were asked what they needed in terms of their EVP.
Where was the pain? Where did they need help? And, indeed, what would help?

“For me it’s the impact on retention and how you can use it internally as well as externally to engage and give people a sense of purpose (and want to stay)”
It was clear that a broader discussion meeting, where resourcing professionals could see best practice in action, pick up some tips to help their thinking and even some ideas to apply in their business straight away, would be really welcome.
