Before making the move to head up Employer Brand Marketing at Nationwide, Tom plied his trade within external affairs both in the UK and internationally for SME’s to FSTE 100 organisations. From managing busy press offices, devising public policy strategies, launching consumer and trade marketing campaigns to activating internal communication programmes. Using his background and experience, Tom has successfully delivered recruitment marketing campaigns for the world’s largest building society, from volume to tech talent.
