Ben introduced to the Resourcing Leaders 100 the implementation of a chatbot in the recruiting process at Yodel. He explained to the group the reasons for needing a chatbot in his resourcing function, he presented some interesting stats on chatbots and gave us an insight into how the implementation of a chatbot has changed their recruitment process and improved their candidate experience and Employer Brand Proposition (as well as creating a better experience for both the candidates and the recruiters).
