Becky Pulley spoke about Building out an employer brand function at BT. In her presentation Becky talks about how they’ve managed to get where they are focusing on 6 different areas; social media, internal campaigns around interviewing, their EVP, building the team, constant communication and ‘replaying their words’. Becky also speaks how, moving forward, they will keep doing the good work they’ve already achieved, whilst going back and re-evaluating some of the basics they may have missed to fill in the gaps.
