Kate Glazebrook spoke live at RecFest on building teams with diversity of thought. Technology has enabled us to erase the trade-off between speed and hiring. Sometimes speed is prioritised over getting the best candidates and building teams with diversity of thought but by using behavioural science and data you can build a process that removes bias, improves predictivity and is still fast and efficient.
