To educate those in the sector to be their best selves in delivering exceptional business value. And to deliver actionable and relatable outcomes, insights, and amazing thought-provoking events – in fact, anything we put our minds to. In this ever-changing landscape, we find ourselves having to deliver greater results with fewer resources.

We’re making daily decisions that have huge implications within unknown territories and, as we work from home or with smaller teams, we find ourselves isolated and lacking a sense of belonging. It’s safe to say that the importance of learning from industry peers and having the backing of a community is more vital than ever.

We know leaders are feeling isolated, powerless, and with reducing headcounts to deal with. However, we take pride in the fact that our members have benefitted enormously from the community, so we want to roll that out to all Talent Acquisition leaders.

The Resourcing Leaders Campfire
RL100 Campfire; a weekly online video hour meet-up that will serve as an opportunity to get to know each other, tackle challenges that you are facing and hear from your fellow peers through talks, roundtables and panels. And like our in-person events, if people wish to hang around afterward for a drink or two, the platform will remain open

Virtual Summits
The summits have been reimagined for 2021, taking the best parts of our in person events and putting them into a safe online environment on a platform that encourages roundtable conversations. The summits will be a 3 day think tank series that provides a unique opportunity to network and share key learnings with some of the industries brightest minds. Every session within a summit will focus on delivering actionable outputs that you can take back to your own recruitment function. Coffee Roulette
Our industry is filled with people who enjoy connecting with others. Coffee roulette is our monthly meet and greets. Meet your industry peers  at random through 5 minute video conversations. Grab a coffee, connect with someone and reinvigorate your love for the community and your profession

Workshop Days
To encourage continuous improvement and learning, between summits, we will hold workshop days where you will be able to deep dive into a topic or challenge that you are currently focus on. These 1.5 hour sprint sessions are a perfect way to connect with industry peers and create real time solutions for your needs.
